The bay is quieter with less foot traffic and bikes so the little ones can safely play on the sand and along the peaceful water's edge. But, when the urge arises to meet the mighty Pacific Ocean you are only 75 yards from it and can tackle the waves with your boogie board or surf boards.

Tastefully renovated in nautical cottage interiors with all new kitchen and granite counters along with Pottery Barn style furnishings add that extra touch for a true beach feel and experience. This beach rental will delight and pamper your guests after a long day playing at the beach. With San Diego's notoriously perfect weather (practically), visiting the beach can be a wonderful experience any time of the year. This unit occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor levels of the building.

Perfect for Very Large Reunions.
With the addition of our 2 two bedroom rentals, located on the first floor, The Kingfisher and The Sanderling, the entire building will accommodate 22 to 24 people. The two bedroom rentals have 2 bedrooms each plus sofa sleepers for the 2 small children or 1 adult.

The Bedrooms:
~Master Bedroom #1: Delicious king bed with a full bath and a private back balcony ~Bedroom #2: A large bedroom with two comfortable queen Beds ~Master Bedroom #3: Delicious king bed with a full front view of the water and a small single sofa sleeper if need for that little one. ~Bedroom #4: An extra large bedroom with 2 comfortable queen beds and a single twin sleeper chair ~These unique extra large bedrooms will allow for 12 people in beds.

This 4 bedroom has 3 full bathrooms

Kitchen:
The large fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups with everything you need to make it a pleasure to prepare the meals.

Parking:
We have two reserved parking spaces dedicated to this rental that will accommodate 2 medium sized vehicles. Please inquire about our parking requirements when you email or call for your reservation. Parking nearby for larger vehicles.
